These are the existing service terms of BK Hall LLC, doing business as NYC Rapid Courier. By using NYC Rapid Courier services, the client agrees to the following terms.
General terms
All delivery information must be accurate and complete. Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise agreed. Customers must ensure proper packaging unless packaging is requested.
Packaging
If packaging is requested, additional charges apply. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, undisclosed fragile items or unsafe contents. If packaging is not requested, the customer is fully responsible for packaging.
Additional conditions
Extra charges may apply for oversized, heavy or special items. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect information or external factors.
Questions or a service issue
Contact 212-996-2042 or contact@nycrapidcourier.com with your reference and delivery details. For a change or cancellation, ask dispatch to confirm the next step and any charge under the terms agreed for your delivery. Account deletion does not cancel a delivery or refund a payment.
