Delete your account

Request deletion of your NYC Rapid Courier customer account and associated personal data. You can do this here even if you no longer have the app.

Request account deletion

Can’t sign in?

Email contact@nycrapidcourier.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Account deletion.” We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send your password or card details.

What happens to your data

Removed when deletion completes

Your profile and sign-in credentials, saved contact details, linked delivery addresses and instructions, location details, and linked quote correspondence are removed or anonymized.

Limited records may remain

Transaction amounts, payment references, order identifiers, and completion status may remain for accounting, refunds, disputes, and legal obligations. Deletion does not automatically cancel a delivery or refund a payment.

Recovery copies and service logs

This form removes data from the active app database. Older backups and service logs may still contain information and require a separate retention review. Contact support for the status of those copies and any applicable retention period.

If something is still outstanding

Your request is saved with a reference number. New app bookings and quote requests are stopped. Deletion completes once outstanding deliveries, payments, or file reviews are resolved. Support can explain any required steps and the expected timing.
