Delivery requirements
Describe the shipment, receiving arrangements, handling requirements and any site-access restrictions before service is accepted.
Courier qualifications
Shipment-specific screening and qualification requirements must be agreed before booking. Ask for the documentation your business requires. This page does not represent that every courier holds a particular background check, certification or specialist training.
Insurance documentation
$1 million in insurance coverage. Policy details available on request. Request a certificate of insurance for your company’s review.
Handling and handoff
Agree on packaging, loading, access and any photo, signature or recipient confirmation needed. Ordinary delivery does not include specialist medical handling or temperature-controlled transport.
