Who we are
BK Hall LLC, doing business as NYC Rapid Courier, uses information to arrange deliveries, answer inquiries and operate this website and the customer app.
Information used for service
We use the contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, shipment descriptions, timing and instructions you provide. Requests are recorded so the team can review and respond. Business and dispatch requests also include the page and campaign source supplied with the form. Avoid patient information, payment-card details and unnecessary sensitive information in website requests.
Providers and sharing
We do not sell customer information to advertisers. We share information needed to provide the service with dispatch, assigned couriers, hosting, communications, mapping and payment providers, and where required for legal reasons. For example, addresses entered into the instant calculator are processed by our road-routing service using Google Routes. An estimate does not itself book a delivery.
Browser storage and technical records
The marketing pages do not load an advertising tracker. The forms use session storage to remember request identifiers, helping prevent duplicate submissions when you retry. We record a submitted campaign source where supplied. Hosting services receive technical connection information such as request paths, IP addresses, times and browser information for service operation and abuse prevention. External Google, app-store and social links are subject to the provider’s own policies.
Customer app and payments
The customer app has additional account, location and payment functions. Read the full customer app privacy notice for providers, payment handling, retention and app-specific choices. The website’s estimate calculator does not charge a card.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify ownership. You can request customer-account deletion online or in the app.
Completed account deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, sign-in access, linked delivery addresses, location details, instructions and quote contact data in the active app database. Limited transaction amounts, payment references and order identifiers remain for accounting, refunds and disputes. Older recovery copies and service logs may still contain information and require a separate retention review. Unfinished deliveries, payments or stored files can require review before deletion completes. The app notice explains the retained categories and review thresholds.
Security and contact
Our website and app API use HTTPS. Access to retained information is limited to operating and supporting the service.
