Delivery questions

Know what happens next.

Practical answers for planning a pickup, understanding the estimate and arranging a clear handoff.

How do I get a pickup window?

Enter your route for an estimate, then request dispatch confirmation with your ready time and receiving deadline. A pickup window is agreed before the delivery is accepted. An estimate alone does not reserve a driver.

What are the weight and size limits?

Small-parcel pricing is for one hand-carried Manhattan item up to 10 lb. Automatic car and cargo-van pricing covers eligible loads up to 50 lb total; van loads must be no more than five manageable ordinary boxes. Larger, bulky, fragile or special-handling loads need a scoped quote.

Are tolls and waiting included?

Actual attributable tolls, congestion charges and necessary parking are additional unless included in a written quote. The existing waiting standard is $1.50 per minute after five minutes at a location, if incurred and agreed; written terms take precedence.

How do extra stops work?

Enter each stop before calculating. Current extra-stop rates depend on the delivery class and appear on the pricing page. Describe any collection, return leg or waiting at a stop.

How do I cancel or change a delivery?

Contact dispatch promptly with your delivery reference. Ask for confirmation of the change and any applicable charge under your agreed terms. A website message or account-deletion request does not itself cancel a delivery.

How do I pay?

Dispatch confirms the final quote and payment arrangements before acceptance. Approved business accounts may have separately agreed invoice terms. An estimate does not charge a card.

How do I check an order?

Use the customer app to view the latest recorded status, or contact dispatch with your delivery reference. The website does not provide a public live-driver map.

Can I request proof of delivery?

Tell us before pickup whether you need a photo, signature, timestamp or named-recipient handoff. The agreed documentation depends on the shipment and receiving location.

What if I do not use Android?

Use this website for estimates and requests, or call 212-996-2042. An iPhone app download is not required.

Can you transport specimens or temperature-controlled items?

The medical page advertises ordinary non-regulated supplies and documents only. Specimens, biological materials, controlled medications and temperature-controlled shipments are outside that advertised service.
